Beverly Orwig

BEVERLY ORWIG, age 102, of Carlstadt and formerly of Saddle Brook passed on Thursday January 28, 2021.  Beverly was born in NYC, NY and lived in Saddle Brook for 68 years before moving to Carlstadt 2 years ago.
Beverly was devoted to First Baptist Church, Hackensack.  Her service and devotion included Sunday School teaching and being President & Treasurer of the Women's Berean Class.  She loved and prayed for her family and church family daily.  Her hobbies included sewing, reupholstery, gardening and fixing everything (Jack-of-all-trades).
Beverly is survived by her daughter Beverly Mitchell and her husband John, her 2 sons, Ernest Orwig and his wife Linda, and Stephen Orwig and his wife Christine.  Beverly is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, John Mitchell and his wife Muriel, David Mitchell and his wife Linda, Alyssa Hutchins and her husband Aaron, Charles L. Orwig and his wife Lana, Melanie Orwig, Kathryn Long, and Andrew Long and his wife Kristin.  Beverly also is survived by 13 Great-Grandchildren, 6 Great-Great Grandchildren, her niece Carol Orwig and her nephew Richard Orwig and his wife Carol.

Cemetery Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus on Saturday, February 6th at 11am.
