Denisse Tapia

Denisse Tapia, age 33, passed away on December 31, 2023. She was born on October 27, 1990 in New York City. Her family moved to Fair Lawn, NJ where she attended  elementary, junior, and high school. Denisse graduated from Fair Lawn High School in 2008. She moved to the Dominican Republic where she attended college and then moved back to the US and pursued a degree as dental hygienist at Queen’s College.

Denisse worked as a makeup artist in Sephora, where she found her passion for the beauty industry. She worked countless hours in NYC. She was very talented, ambitious and hardworking and had a very strong work ethic.

Denisse enjoyed traveling, painting and hiking, but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was very social and always did her best to maintain her family together.

Denisse is survived by her mother Julia Rosario, her father Eduardo Tapia , her younger sister Gabriella Tapia and her grandmother Maria Rosario. As well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was loved by all who knew her and will be forever missed.

Services from Kugler Community Home For Funerals, 311 5th Street, Saddle Brook NJ. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 4-8pm with a chapel prayer service to begin at 6pm. Cremation private.
