Jerry William Linder

JERRY WILLIAM LINDER went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 11, 2021. He was greeted by his Mother and Father, Millie and Judson Linder; his sister, Maudine; and Pandy, his daughter. Surviving are his wife Nancy, son Bart and his wife Christina, Heidi and her husband Rick, and Amanda. He also leaves behind his sister Toni and his grandchildren: Andrew, Jayson, Alec, Peter, Vincent, Melanie, Madison, Sara, and Elisabeth. He also is leaving many nieces and nephews and their children.
Other than his family Jerrys joy was playing Santa at the Riverside Mall. He carried that joy to the Garfield Fire Department and St. Brendans Church. He also spent many hours volunteering time working with disable persons at Eastern Christian Childrens Retreat and group homes. His philosophy is best expressed in his words: Gods Gift to Me- Gods gifts are the greatest things. He gives us more than Santa ever brings. Life, health, & liberty. Three things I know he gave to me. Four great children & a good wife. What more could I ask for out of life. The years have come, past by & gone. But as long as I continue on. Ill make each day count for the Lord, till he takes me home & Im here no more. Amen - J.W.L
Arrangements from Kugler Community Home For Funerals, Saddle Brook NJ. A memorial service will be held at The First Reformed Church of Saddle Brook, NJ on Saturday June 26, 2021 at 11am.
