Lucille Angela Dibello

LUCILLE ANGELA DiBELLO (nee Messina), age 95 of Saddle Brook, NJ, passed away on October 12, 2021 after a year of declining health. Prior to recent medical issues, she enjoyed a healthy and active lifestyle. She was married to the late Stephen Di Bello Sr., WWII Veteran, for 62 years. She herself contributed to the war effort, working on a manufacturing assembly line in New York City during WWII. Her memory will be held by her two sons, Stephen and Larry; and five grandchildren, Larry, Nicole, Stephanie, Jessica, and Danielle; and two great-grandchildren Lucas and Larry. She is also survived by her dear friend and sister-in-law Marie Pasquale.

Lucille and her late husband Stephen have been residents of Saddle Brook since 1969, when they moved from the Bronx with their two sons Stephen and Larry. She enjoyed music, dancing, and playing the piano. In her later years she spent her time crafting, especially doll making, ceramics, and crochet. Lucille was a strong, caring woman and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and she will be missed.

Services from Kugler Community Home For Funerals, 311 Fifth Street, Saddle Brook NJ. Viewing will be held on Friday October 15, 2021 from 4-8pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Philip The Apostle RCC on Saturday October 16, 2021 at 9:30am. Entombment in Garden of Memories in Washington Township.
